Items Eligible for Return

We accept returns only if:

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong size was sent (if the packaging is unopened)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged once opened:

  • Thongs

  • Bodysuits

  • Lingerie sets with underwear

  • Sleepwear bottoms

  • Boxers

Return Process

  1. Email us @laceandluxedelicatesgmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number.

  2. Include photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect).

  3. We will review and confirm eligibility.

  4. If approved, we will arrange an exchange or store credit.

Refunds

Delivery fees are non-refundable.
